Out of respect for both parties, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy required. If this does not occur, and a cancellation is after the 24 hour grace period, you will be billed for the missed appointment. Also, it is important to be prompt, any late arrivals will result in a shorter massage, and it is not permitted to change an appointment to less time due to tardiness. The full appointment payment will be required. Please, come at your scheduled appointment time. Thank you!
